U should go for the both groups irrespective of exemption , just follow the study plan posted by me for a complete prepration in 60 days . i have done the same in last may 2012 and get 74 % .

You have got 6 subjects to study with the added advantage of Ist group already prepared. You should go for both the groups with focus on 2nd and revising Ist as you go.It seems that you are good at practical subjects and You can take the help of my notes on my blog www.castudyarena.com ,where  at present I am uploading notes on IPCC LAW and IPCC AUDIT.

I beleive You can clear both the groups next time without any problem.Moreover reading again and again the same subject is quite boring and frustrating.So addition of Second group will energise you and may pull first group also with it.

Just do group1 & b confident

see ur marks can carry frwd 3 successive attempts if u appear 1st grp nd clear its well n gud... if u attempt 2 frps.. u should pass 2 at a time.. value of 1 attempt is 6 months so take a gud decison

go ahead with group 1 & clear it !!! Burden will be less and previous preparation can help !!!
