for ITT u can register every month as it starts on the first date of the month...just go to the institute fill up the ITT form for any month that's  suitable for you..as there will be two batches one starts from 9:30 to 1:30 second one starts from 2 to 5.

you will need one photo, dd of 4000rs in favour of the institute where u r going to take training and submit the form . before to do all these process just contact your nearest icai branch.
