2. Since u hav cleared that group so no need to write again.

3. Yes.. Its necessary.. 

You can leave the articleship certificate no. column blank.

Send a copy of articleship completion certificate to the institute.

Exemption details have to be mentioned,

Yes . the print out has to be signed by any member of ICAI

PCC ke exam form ka printout Kisi Bhi CA (member of ICAI) se attest karwa sakte hai ya fir jis CA ke paas articleship chal rahi hai usi se Attest karwana jaruri hai..........??

Plz agar kisi ko theek se pata hai to batao................

If u are under articleship , it has to be attested only by the principal.

If u have completed ur articleship period , it can be attested by any c.a.
