Help on Form1 e-filing

Once you submitt the MoA along with AoA with PoA and other documents to RoC for vetting of documents , they will ask you to make proper corrections if any. After that ypu have to scan teh same original MoA and AoA (signed copies) and has to attach along with Form 1 and then you can upload the same after putting the DSC .

All DSC 's has to be roll checked , if it  is a director then it will be with teh DIN number or if it is professional , the n with their membership number.

According to me we have to show the documents for vetting , but stamp duty and others we can pay online once you file Form 1   

Answer to ur questions:

(1) Yes, Member buying the shares and witness has to sign.

(2) For Physical Stamping Mode: First stamping has to be done, then Member sign, then after Witness Sign and then the scanned copy of the docs has to be attached with Form 1

For E-Stamping Mode: First Member has to sign, then after witness sign and then the scanned copy of the Docs has to be attached with Form 1. After Uploading the docs Stamp duty challan will be generated and it has to be paid by u.

(3) Yes, in e-stamping mode no need for sending physical copy to the ROC.

(4) Yes, person doing certification must have his DSC. moreover, the person must be professional in practice only.

(5) Yes, DSC of Professional must also be regd, with the MCA.
