I have no clue about IDT but for company law there is no major change. Continue with your present study and Keep checking the ICAI journals for update.

CLSP - New SEBI (ICDR) will be applicable..

IDT - Prepare wid Supplmntry Study Mat of last attempt & wait 4sometime for further notification's summary.

MICS - Ammendment in Information Tech Act... (Penalties are important for Nov-2010 attempt)

In law same applicabilty as may10 and in IDT applicability as in may10 and notification issued upto may 10 i.e 6 months before exams. Refer latest case laws also.

there r some notification of board in regard to cenvat credit rules in IDT. 

can anyone pls pls tell me how to prepare for ma ipcc  exam-nov 2010,well i havent started yet so can pls suggest me a proper time table so dat i can start preparing for it.and is it necessary dat one should refer various authors for each subject..........

whether u hv tkn classes of all subjects?

if not, then wat is the exact position of ur studies?

how much time u can devote?

subjects of ur interest?

hello,thank u so much for the reply,well in themorning i have my college(5 hours )and then i have my classes(7 hours) , i am going to appear onlyfor first group and since the time is very less, and also considering the above shedule i really find difficult to manage studies.so it will be  great that u give a time-table rather a solution so  dat i plan ma studies accordingly....thanx.
