Hello I have recently qualified in May 2012 and applied for COP on 01/11/2012. I have not received my COP yet but on contacting ICAI they told me that I have been granted COP from 01/11/2012 i.e from the date of application.
My qustion is whether I can enter as a partner in an existing propreitorship CA firm from 1st January 2013? Also what are the requirements to be fulfilled for converting propreitorship CA firm to partnership.
Apart from form submitting18 are there any other requirements? Also could anyone please provide the format of the partnership deed for this
