Dear Sir,
Kindly guide me for the following :
In the MCA website Under the Head Company after searching for my 2 private limited companies it shows under the head Company Status that one company is Under The Process Of Striking Off and the other company is Dormant Company .
Both the companies have regular sales tax & income tax returns.
Kindly tell what does it indicate and what should I do.
Under the process of striking off------ It indicate that the company have applied for striking of its name u/s 560 of the companies act
Dormant company---------- company have not filed annual accounts & annual report with ROC forthe last 4 or more years
