Help needed for receiveing tax refunds

Hello,

I have been filing my tax returns by myself for the last 3 years. But till date I haven’t received my refunds. With all my returns I have filed the form 30 also. what is the next step that I should take ? whom should I contact so that my refunds can be received ? all my colleagues who filed returns with me have got their refunds. they all took the help of a CA firm to file the returns.

Can someone guide me as to the necessary steps to be taken?
