I need Help for the following:
1. I am not in employment right now and do not have any other income. But my employer asks me to pay Rs. 20,000 this year for notice period dues not paid earlier. So for this year whether my income from salary will be Rs. - 20,000 ?
2. My salary was Rs. 10 lac p.a. But I left the job without notice and hence paid Rs. 20,000. to the employer in the previous year. So whether my income from salary will be Rs.10 lac or Rs. 9,80,000 for the current assessment year.
Can Anyone please Help me???
