Pls contact ICAI. Earlier one could seamlessly convert from PE2 to PCC irrespective of the no. of papers he had passed. Now IPCC  being in force, I am not sure abt it...

no....i think u cant......because for conversion in ipcc u have to reregister your self in ipcc cource with conversion fee of rs 6000 (i m not sure abt it  )   then you can appear in ipcc exams and till passing ipcc ur status will be "migrated" so ur old course remaines terminated ........for furthur you should contact icai....

and can u plz provide me with some link or notification for same by ICAI.
