SLR is Statutory Liquidity Ratio
CRR is Capital Reserve Ratio
CRR is what RBI direct all the banks to put some portion of funds(money) with the RBI. the basic purpose is to control the financial market conditions like inflation or vice- versa.
And SLR is the portion of funds which the banks has to put up with itself with the same above purpose.
