Hi Smruti, First of all you need to calm down and relax. You are young and full life in front of you, do not panic if you are not awared of the tax terminologies as mentioned by you, it is quite normal, you are in your initial phase of articleship, you will gain lot of practical knowledge with passage of time, just be patient and take it step by step. Regarding your study and pending group from last 4 attempts try to change your study habbits, be more focussed, study with practical orientation, do not mug up, make frequent revision plans and stick to them. All the best for your life.

And Further to above discussion , please do ariticles seriously, where ever and whatever company you are going first understand their business concepts, and accounting policies followed by them, and see possible , you can pass any one or two voucers from all cylces, so that you will come to know the cycle of accounting process, which is very useful to under stand the subject in a clear lucid manner and it will help you also in your studies.

Best advice would be, start studying all the topics day by day, Or study for the work which you will be alloted coming days, by this way you can learn and also gain practical experience. For group  2 discus with your partner and take sufficient leave so that you can clear it of.

Dont panic and relax. give some time to your self.

hey...dont panic ..just relax...u have a full life in front of u..its not so tuff to gain the knowledge of all these things like tds,service tax return,etc..u can easily get a basic idea of all these things in 6 mthns good training..so go and enjoy ur training..njoy

one actually good way is also you must ask 10 illogical questions to your office colleagues (articles).. by that you would know the logic of all st,TDs return,salary ,etc

Most of the students join C.A either of peer pressure or family pressure. But the good news is now you understand your path and decided what you want to do in your life . So relax, start everything from the basic don’t take the exam this tym nd wait for next 6 month.You need to make a plan and stick  to it. Study and practice , practice as much as you can.
