The couse you should choose depends upon your interest. if ypu are intersted more on law side, then go for CS otherwise  if interested in costing and accounting side, go for CWA.

Also, other options are there like if interested in finance and investment banking, then go for CFA(US) or NCFM Certifications.

Also, CIMA from UK or CPA from US are also good, if you are interersted in a professional degree from outside India.

Both CS & CWA are professional degrees and are provides services in different fields. However, if you want to choose one out of two along with CA, my suggestion is for CS.

u should go for CS. the reason is tht if u do CWA then u will not gain more of different knowledge. except a few all the course is nearly the same. but with CS u will hv a entirely different domain of knowledge.

n like already mentioned u can also think of CIMA. it not only gives u a degree with international recognition but it will also provide u with good knowledge about business operations. N it is also recognised in India.

i think Cwa is Better
