HELP ME!

FRIENDS,PLEASE HELP ME-URGENT!

I have completed my articleship on 4th feb,2009.I shall be giving CA FINAL exam in june2009.But till date I have not received CONFIRMATION LETTER by the institute regarding my Articleship Completion Declaration.Now Exam forms are issued by ICAI...and they ask to quote the date of confirmation  letter  in  FORM B.So what should I do?

Within how many days the ICAI issues Confirmation Letter?

I have completed training as Articled Assistant on 4feb,2009 and have submitted a xerox of Form 108 signed by me and my principal to ICAI.
