For law i suggest you should read bare act and then munish bandari.  In case of auditing Gurukripa book is good since its like a compilation of RTP, suggested answers.

With regard to your exams atleast try to cover the portion atleast once before april...no need to remember just go through the syllabus Last 30 days is more crucial and try to concentrate more during those days..even if you start reading in last 30 days its ok but..dont panic at anytime ca needs mental calmness always all the best for your exams.

You can go as said by Rajagopalan. Even gurukripa is good for Law as it covers lots of case laws next to the theory itself. So u can appraise the concept well.

Tapan Jindal notes on auditing it runs oly for 200 pages with SP book for referring case laws is d best combination!!

surbhi bansals book is good one but it is just for revision purpose 

it will not help initially so go for padhuka(guru kripa)it will help u to grasp what type of questions are asked in exams but the same thing is not available in surbhi bansals book (because  notes wise) and last three months i.e before the exams go for compilers and if any doubt then see ur reference book
