help its too urgent {querry 112}

hi friends.. plz help me.

I received a querry from ICAI on 5th may 2011 regarding  time clashes in form 112 with b.com classes and articleship timing.

I had taken transfer to another college where timing is not clashing. Now I have to submit form 112 again with new college stamp? my office is in mumbai and i am in vadodara (gujarat) on exam leave.

is it necessary to submit form 103 again with this new 112 form?

and what is the time limit to reply for the same to the institute.?

 my exam of ipcc second group is on head from 11th may.

please help...... i am in tension
