Help: is company's bill will be effective nov'13 exam

Still it is a bill and not AN ACT as it still requires president's assent and then it will be notified in official gazette of india so there is some time for its applicability.

it is not applicable for nov 2013 exams and if it is passed after 31.10.2013 then it will also not be applicable for june 2014 exam.

Icai will notify the date of its applicability.
