Help - ipcc both groups recounting

I wrote May 2013 and got more than 40 in all subject and lost in aggregate. Both groups combinedly i lost 35marks to pass IPCC. I want to apply for recounting. Please tell me the procedure for the same.

 

Will there be any increment in marks if i apply recounting ? I have confidence that i will get more marks. Please suggest me and help me.

icai board donot provide for recounting

No point in putting for revaluation. It is just waste of time and money.. this is my personal experience. i was short of 10 marks and i did not get it. revaluation result said ' no discrepancy found'
