Dear frnds,

i want to know about the provisions that tell us to write the words "AND REDUCED" AFTER THE BALANCE SHEET IN CASE OF INTERNAL RECONSTRUCTION. Plz tell me.

When special resolution is passed for the purpose of internal reconstruction, Co has to obtain court orders to confirm the carrying out of reconstruction.

 

It is court order which says that words " AND REDUCED" to be added to the companies name as per sec.102(2)(a) of companies act,1956 for a specified period of time..
