Help in filing Form 108

So, i just completed my articleship but during articleship i received stipend in two different accounts for first 15-16 months in one account and then in a separate account both under my name due to some error in my initial account.

Now which account do I need to enter in Form 108 and Do i need to scan and upload any documents along with Form 108?

If you received stipends from two different accounts, you will need to report both in Form 108. Here's how: 1. List each stipend separately: Report each stipend in a separate row in the "Income" section of Form 108. 2. Specify the account name: In the "Source" column, specify the name of the account from which you received each stipend. 3. Provide details: In the "Descripttion" column, provide a brief descripttion of each stipend, including the account name and any relevant details. 4. Calculate total income: Add up the stipends from both accounts to calculate your total income. 5. Report total income: In the "Total Income" field, report the combined total of both stipends. Example: | Source | Descripttion | Amount | | --- | --- | --- | | Account A | Stipend for research project | 10,000 | | Account B | Stipend for teaching assistantship | 8,000 | | Total Income | | 18,000 | Remember to keep accurate records and proof of both stipends, as you may need to provide documentation to support your income reporting.

I didn't see any income section in Form 108. Can you share a screenshot where is it
