under articleship completion section where to i fill detail becoz in that form there are six section so where to i fill datils 

my six month articlship is reamining 

i attched file in my last post 

so please help me for that

& i did my new log in id but  my details shows provisional so it is valid or not

i did my final regstration on last thursday

so also guide me for that
