i am appearing for punjab civil services preliminary exam this november, as per the instructions i am eligible to give preliminary but for main exam to be held in feb-march 2013 i need a graduation degree. i am in b.com final and will be graduated in april 2013 and i am in CA finals now. is ca inter recognised as graduation degree? can i use that for my mains exam in march 2013?

CA inter degree is not equivalent to graduate degree, hence you may be not eligible for that civil exams subject to civil exam relaxtions.
