मेरा एक छोटा सा Tea garden हैं। मेरा source of income वही हैं। में बैंक से loan लेना चाहता हूँ। क्या में itr 4s filling कर सकता हूँ? itr 4s में मेरा income 2.8 lacks दिखा ने के लिए मुझे gross turnover 30lacks के above दिखाना हैं। मेरा turnover इतना नोही हैं। में garden से कच्ची पट्टी को तोड़ कोर factory बाले को देता हूँ। उसे मेरा टर्नओवर ज्यादा से जादा 5lacks तक होती हैं। में कोई books of account maintain नोही करता। तोह ऐसी हालात पोर में क्या कोरू।कोनसी itr भोरु। जो bank loan में applicable हो।

Your income is agricultural income, which is not taxable presently.
About loan application, contact the bank to know about documents other than ITR that can be used for loan.
Rule 8 of the Income-tax Rules provides that Income derived from the sale of tea grown and manufactured in India by any person shall be computed treating it as though it is income derived from business and forty percent of such income shall be taken to be theincome liable to tax. While computing the income from tea, development allowance as laid down under section 33AB of the Income-tax Act shall be allowed.
I am totally confused. बैंक बाले को itr file सहिये । में अगोर नहीं दिया तोह loan पास नहीं होगा। itr 4s में tea as a bussiness choose करनेका option हैं पर gross turnover में ही मेरा problem हैं। जो में आपको बोटा सुका हूँ।

The rule 8 applies when you further process the crop. However, as per your explanation you are not doing it.
About the bank loan, I have no info. But I think that CA certified financials should work for your loan application.
