I CLEARED MY PE -2 IN MAY 07 AND REGISTERED MYSELF IN FINAL OLD SYBULLES TO TAKE THE BENEFIT OF NOV 2009 ATTEMPT. NOW AFTER THE CIRCULER FROM INSTITUTE IN WHICH STUDENT REGISTERED IN NEW SCHEME CAN ALSO ABLE TO APEAR IN FINAL EXAIM AFTER COMPLITING TWO YEAR ARTICALSHIP. I AM CONFUSED TO GIVE EXAIM IN OLD OR NEW SYBULLES. IN OLD THERE IS CHANSE THAT RESULT IS BETTER.BUT NOV 09 IS THE LAST OLD ATTEMPT AND AFTER THAT NEW SYBULLES WHICH IS DIFFERENT IN MANY ASPECT.SO NOW I AM CONFUSED WTETHER GIVE EXAIM IN OLD TO TAKE THE BENEFIT OF RESULT OR FROM BEGINING GO FOR THE NEW SYBULLES. SUGGEST

Hi Amit

It all depends on the state of ur preparation.If suppose u have just started ur preparation I think it will b better if u shift to the New Syllabus.Reason is this the New Syllabus encompasses varied new things which will keep u up -to - date to face the professional life.However if u have advanced a long way in ur preparation then stick to it bcoz time and efforts spent cannot be regained.

So far results are concerned I feel its all personal competency that works and not any trend bcoz people pass even when papers r tough and fail when they r comparatively easy

hey amit don listen to this pranav mishra..i m also sailing in the same boat...but i m goin for the old course only as their are chances of a better result..also with new course compiler's wont b of any help..also in new course u wont b knowing wut is imp. n wut is not...n where as keeping up-to-date is concerned(as wriiten by pranav) we should not forget that r first aim is to clear the final papers..so dude don worry n go in for the old course ...Best of luck...
