100% reliance on study mat is not a good idea. Use certain reference book for good preparation. But for course and chapter length reference from study mat is necessary.

Hi.....i have cleared november 2009 ipcc both groups first attempt...i would suggest you ideally for companies act,and other acts refer padukas but ethics communication compulsary module since in november 2009 ethics paper if you check there was a question called iron law of responsibility the refernce of which u will find in no reference books except for the module..the ethics communication part of november 2009 ipcc was typically found tough by students since they had noy referred modules for ethic comm which were very important..as far as auditing goes padukas is undisputedly the best...it refer jkshah and sm again module is very important since they give marks oni for the module ka language...nyways wishing u all yhe very best..!!!
