You can design your own audit report for the requested subject by using the following structure:
1, Executive summary
2. Legal status of the society
3. Accounting system
4. background
5. Methodology of audit
6. Purpose and scope of the audit
7. Audit observations & Recommendations.
For presnting the audit observations use the follwiing structure:
