Plese can anyone tell me whether to register in final old course or new course as my attempt is in nov 09 which is the last attempt for old course so i will get only one chance in old course and final course is tougher than old one.

If ur not confident of passing in one attempt then go for the New Course as it would b easier for u rather than swithing from one to another. See, CA Final is difficult and u have to go through their is no point in shifting the onus to Course
will it e not better to learn about the new course which ill be there in the industry later on?
it's better that u joined new course. bcoz new course will be according to new industry trend. so it will better even after becoming chartered

You should fill up with seal and sign of your CA principal the Form No. 109 of the Institute, which is easily available on the www.icai.org or any of branch office of CA
