if I am want to secure exemption in itsm
do I want to give all paper??
and is there any minimum marks I need to secure in each subject

To secure exemption, a candidate needs to appear in all the papers of the group(s) is the requirement. There is no minimum marks to be scored to avail exemption.
That means if I would be preparing for itsm only in grp 2 for exemption
My exemption would count even if I fail in other 2 subjects??
