I am a chartered accountant doing JOB in industry. I want to ask whether i can take up assignments of tax consulting and whether i can get a visiting / business card printed in my name with the title as chartered accountant. if yes can i put the CA logo on the card

No as you are working in industry it implies that you are not a Practicing CA so dont do that, you take tax assignments and get signed by your friends who are Practicing CA.

As i know you can get the visting card there is no problem and yes u can put your name with logo that but u cannot take tax assignment it is professional misconduct however in real world people taking up assignment and getting signed by other but in legally it is misconduct.
