helloo friends and my dears professional colleague .....This is ankush kapoor student ca final and i have just given my ca final may2012 attempt ny training is due to completed on 31.05.2012 and now my ca refused to sign my form 108 and he is saying do what ever u want to do .......i am the boss of the institute........i have made these rules....n regulation i will do what i want to do....now he is tourcheing me, mentally and physically , my ca uses absurd language with m****** i dont know what to do....he is high profile .......

i am very tensed mentally as he keeps on harrasing me please if there is some who can help m ....otherwise dont know what will happen......plss help me out otherwise i had to take some action plssss help m plssss......

Why he is not signing your 108 ??? any specific reasons??

you had any dispute with him earlier?

You may go for complaint againist him with the institute. This is the only thing you can do againist your employer, however i personally do not recommand to do so.

it is indeed a stark reality........many principl do this wth thr article......complaning and all ...i feel will not be of any good help

i personally recommend.............use ur contacts ..........if any of them turn out to be his client and that too wealthy......persuade him to convince ur ca to sign the same..............not very sure that this would work but you can atleast give a try
