i would like to know hwo can we creat a company that is a replica of a company that is already existing and which contains the same ledgers and groups.
so we have any export option from one company and importing the same into the new company

if it is tally then the solution is that firstly export the data of the company by doing backup of the data to any drive. later with the backup data import it to tally by creating a new company or existing company.
use the import of data option in gateway of tally..... Then follow the instructions
