I guess, u've to go for hard copy. It'll be available at ITO.
Soft copy may not be found here.

Actually this is the area in New Delhi (India) where ICAI Building (I bet u know) is located apart from other important offices like Delhi Police HQrs, Sales Tax Office, Income Tax Office, Excise Office and our office (CAG) too.
