Head office under Partnership and Branch under properietorship?

Hello,

I have a partnership business already running since years. A restaurant.

Now i want to open the branch of the same restaurant under proprietorship with same name and under same GST number but under income tax i want to maintain it differently under properietor PAN.

So please suggest me right option and how to go for it

You can not open in same name and same pan number that already used for partnership firm
for proprietorship you need different pan number for registration
