Quick Summary
When an individual or company buys and sells land and buildings as their core business, the profits are typically classified under 'Profit and Gains from Business and Profession'. If, however, the sale of property is not the primary business activity, it may be treated as a 'Capital Gain'. Income from renting out property, distinct from buying and selling, is usually taxed under 'Income from House Property'.

If it's business of Persons, than under head " Profit and Gain From Business and Profession"
otherwise, under head " Capital Gain"

But in a book I saw that write it is income from house property
If rent received, than that 'rent income' is income from house Property......not the Purchase and sale of property
It is business income since it your business to purchase and sell house property
