a salaried person receiving income as a commission from sale of property, is it taxable under which income head ?

Income from other sources
1. The above commission income is not in the nature of regular and periodical basis hence it will be taxable under the head Income from other sources.
2. If earning commission by acting as a broker which constitute a major part of his work then it will be considered under the head Business income.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
