Hi,
Use "Direct Expenses" Head, if the expense includes directly in your school. Eg:: wages etc.
Use Head "Indirect Expenses" if the expense includes indirectly in your school. exp:: rent, salary etc.,
In the same way, split Direct Income and Indirect Income.
