Having 2 incomes one u/s 194j other u/s 192. how to fill itr?

Hello All, I am having nine months income under section 194J and 2 months income u/s 192. Now how should I fill my return? Should I fill ITR 4 for 9 months income u/s 194j and ignore 2 months income u/s 192 or should I fill both ITR 4 and 1? Or if there is any column in ITR 4 where I can mention salary income? I need my TDS refund and my income is not taxable. Please help.
