I have mistakenly claimed itc of restaurant which come under 5% rate in november 3 B
so ,is there any solution now

The Rate of Interest on ITC Reversal is 18%
Rate of Interest @ 24% for excess claimed ITC...
Yes it will be 24% since it is a case of undue claim of ITC. Interest @ 18% is levied if gst return not filed within the due date .
