Has anyone purchased icai materials online from icai site?

I got it in 4 working days.. ordered to Bangalore.

The DVD has not been received till now.. I had sent a few mails, one to the President of ICAI, so somone contacted me from the Institute after 3 weeks.. They appologised  for the delay in Hinglish.. And called me "Sir.. Sir" many times ..

I said it is okay .. I don't care about the DVD , I lost just a DVD costing Rs 100, it is not a big issue (I was already hopeless), I am worried for my next purchase I have to make for next exams, whether it will reach me or not..

They told me "no sir.. no.. We care for our students.. 100 or 1000, price doesn't matter.."

Their commitment, and polietness made me hopeful and I waited for the DVD again..

Still waiting after 9 months.. I didn't send them another mail or complaint.. I am still afraid to buy books online from ICAI..
