 + annexures.

Use FORM VAT - R1 for quarterly return. ( local state sales tax)

LP-5 USED FOR List of  goods imported into sale  trade or commerce for the quarter ended dated

LS -9 USED FOR List of sale of goods in the State for the quarter ended
