यदि एक गाड़ी में 50 हज़ार से ज्यादा का माल है परंतु अलग अलग व्यकिगत बिलो में माल 50 हज़ार से कम है

As per my personal opinion, as per 138 of cgst Act it is required to issue e way bill by Transporter, but presently rule 138(7) is stayed by government. so its not required E way bill. If your sender/receiver is Register then you can also ask to issue e-way bill. If transpoter is Register then issue e way bill self.

Nahi koi eway bill nahi banana hai , even the consolidated eway bill also not mandatory , as clause 7 of rule 138 is not notify in notification 15/2018 CT (r)
