dear Sir,
I have got my company name changed in roc and income tax.
I applied for gst amendment but the concerned officer is continuously harassing us by asking us to first get the name updated in electricity department, lease deed etc only then he will do it he has rejected our name change application.
What is the legal recourse in this ? Can we appeal against rejection ?
