WHEN APPOINTEMENT OF AN AUDITOR IS BEING REFUSED BY THE AUDITOR IT WILL MEAN NO APPOINTMENT MADE.
AND APPOINTMENT REFUSED BY THE AUDITOR WILL BE MADE BY THE COMPANY IN GM OF SHAREHOLDERS. |
Your answer is different from others one, please clarify which one is correct yours or others one’s who are saying that the only central govt can appoint the new auditor. Please clarify whether section 224(3) is invoked or not. please see also /forum/auditor-refused-appointment-65101.asp
