Hello professional colleagues

I want to know from you that is hacking someone a fundamental right restriction ? my online profile is hacked by hacker .can writ petition be filed to high court or supreme Court under article 226 or 32.Since such private entity discharges public functions .whether writ petition will be accepted by court over violation of fundamental rights .

You can apply to the court. The outcome depends on whether the court finds the action a violation of rights. I know that hacking into social media accounts is not considered a gross violation. If the hacker steals some personal data from the operating system and uses it, then you can be sure that the court will consider it a violation. I think everyone has used the services of a professional hacker at least once. I worked for a large company that had strong competitors. So my boss gave me the task to rent a hacker and listening to certain people's phone conversations. Thanks to such services, you can get good results.
