Can a member of HUF create seperate HUF and become karta of new HUF ?

e.g He can be karta of his father's huf as well as of his own huf.

Sir, his father is alive.....and he is karta.
But son(member) wants to create separate HUF.
Yes why not.....generally that's what happens in reality ....one person doest always remians as kartha. If huf subdivides kartha gets changed.
