my assesses officer says u have no cst no so u can paid tax i have in gujarat now what if cst no is compulsery please answer my question

Yes for Inter-state sale transaction, you should have regsitered in Central Sales tax act. So you have to apply for CST registration as well in your state. After that your buyer can give you C Form.
