Is it possible to have gumasta licence in residence area for the purpose of godown/storehouse? Even if neighbour had launched the complaint regarding it to society and police station claiming bmc act 346(1),347( a),(b),(c). One of agent has suggested the godown(Tenant of the room) owner to take licence with the tile of " Enterprise" eg "ABC Eneterprise " as agent had done it in other residence area for one of his client.
What steps has to be taken to overcome it or what would be its consequences or what the neigbour can do to remove these storehouse.How much penalty has to be paid for the same.How much days it takes it to get such licence. As agent claims 18k for getting such licence and that too within a week
