I want to relocate to any of these two cities after completing CA.
Is there any who would like to become a sincere friend?
I know this is pretty weird. But one can understand how difficult it become for someone who is new in a city and clueless about career building .

Unless you get job in any particular city or town, not advisable to shift at any new place. Anything glitters from outside, but reality is known only after penetrating it.
