Please suggest if a person made sale agreement in FY 2010-11 at Rs.750000/- (guideline value Rs.740000) and he is making sale deed in FY 2017-18 at guidline value of 2400000/- than whether assessee has to calculate consideration of Rs.2400000/- or 750000/-
