Guidance on career

Hi, i have completed my cs and pursuing MBA in finance through distance learning, further i have also.pursued ca inter and cleared it, i i working in banking profile.what should i do.to further upgrade my self on career front as i m working in risk and policy department of bank.please guide.i dont want to complete CA
